Chef Steve's Biography
Steve is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, and has an extensive background as an executive chef at offsite caterers, fine-dining restaurants and multi-unit food service facilities. He has also owned a gourmet deli & catering business.
In his spare time you will find Steve riding free on his Harley or building custom bikes. His favorite food is mashed potatoes washed down with Jack Daniels!
***Steve is the Executive Chef at Prestige Sales & Marketing and is available to help you with menu development and consultation. Incorporating our products, Steve will train your staff and help you design a menu that sells.
Steve serves on the board as Membership Chairperson of the Northern New Jersey Chapter of The American Culinary Federation. The ACF is involved with various fundraising activities including “Chef & Child”. Please contact Steve if you would like to become a member of the ACF.
